- 3 cups Special K
- 1.5 lb ground beef
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/2 cup cooked tomoatoes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper

- Put in pan
- Bake on 375 for one hour
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon water
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
- Broil deboned chicken breasts approximately 4 minutes on each side or until done
- Mix cornstarch, water, sugar, and teriyaki sauce
- Microwave sauce on high one minute at a time stirring between
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup uncooked rice (minute rice)
- 1/4 cup cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water
- Combine everything except meat--mix well
- Add meat--mix well
- Shape into small balls
- Brown in skillet
- Mix mushroom soup and water
Method 1
- Pour over meatballs in skillet
- Cook for 1 hour
Method 2
- Microwave the meatballs on roast (70%-80%) until 3/4 done
- Drain fat
- Cover with soup
- Finish cooking on roast
- 1 cup half & half or evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup flour
- 7 oz can of diced green chilis
- 1 lb grated cheese (Jack and/or cheddar)
- 8 oz can tomato sauce
- Beat half & half (or milk), eggs, and flour until smooth
- Grease 9x9 casserole pan
- Place half of the grated cheese on the bottom of pan
- Pour half of the chilis and then half of the milk mixture
- Repeat layers
- Pour tomato sauce on top
- Sprinkle with a little more grated cheese on top if desired
- Bake on 375 degrees for 1 hour
- Bake on 325 degrees for 1.5 hours
- A knife inserted into the center should come out clean
- 7 bone roast
- Garlic salt

- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 cup BBQ (Chris & Pitts)
- 2-3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch (for gravy)
Roast
- Rinse meat off
- Sprinkle with spices (garlic salt is the main one to use)
- Put in roast pan
- Combine ketchup, BBQ and brown sugar in a bowl
- Pour mixture over roast
- Add 1 inch of water to pan
- Pour chopped onion over roast
- Bake at 350 degrees for 4 hours
- Check water level after 2-3 hours to make sure it doesn’t dry out
- When done, put roast on platter
Gravy
- Pour liquid into sauce pan
- Mix 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
- Cook until it bubbles
- 1/2 of a white onion (finely chopped)
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- A dash of Pepper
- A dash of Salt
- 2 cans of vegetable broth (14 oz each)
- 2 lb Frozen broccoli (or steamed fresh broccoli)
- A dash of Garlic powder
- A dash of Onion Powder
- A dash of White Pepper
- 1 tbsp of flour
- 6 oz Velveeta Cheese
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 qt of Half and Half
- A couple pinches of cayenne
- A couple pinches of ground peppercorn (if available)
- Saute onion and half of the carrots in melted butter and olive oil
- Add onion powder, garlic powder, white pepper, salt, and pepper
- Add about 1/3 cup of vegetable stock
- Cook until onions and carrots are soft
- Add flour to thicken
- Use hand blender to liquify onions if desired
- Add the rest of the vegetable stock
- Chop Velveeta cheese into cubes
- Let broth simmer
- Add remaining carrots and chopped up broccoli
- Add shredded cheese and Velveeta
- Add half and half
- Add cayenne and peppercorn
- Let simmer until it reaches the desired consistency (add flour to thicken)
- 12 slices bacon
- 2/3 cup margarine
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 7 cups milk
- 4 large baked potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 1/4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium heat until browned. Drain, crumble, and set aside.

- In a stock pot or Dutch oven, melt the margarine over medium heat. Whisk in flour until smooth. Gradually stir in milk, whisking constantly until thickened. Stir in potatoes and onions. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.

- Reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes. Mix in bacon, cheese, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Continue cooking, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted.
